Pacific China Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999. We are a full-service intellectual property (IP) agency registered with the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. We are approved to handle patent, copyright and trademark services for both domestic and foreign clients. Our comprehensive IP services include prosecution, enforcement and litigation services related to intellectual property matters.

Our operation structure covers all the IP areas. Our dedicated departments allow us to maintain a high level of management control and provide more efficient and professional services to our clients. Through the diligent effort of our team members, our company has made outstanding achievements and received numerous awards and honours. In 2012, one of the patent invalidation cases handled by Pacific China was selected by the Patent Re-examination Board of CNIPA as one of the “Top Ten Excellent Cases for 2012”. In 2017 and 2018, we were awarded the “IPR Influential Institution Award” and the “Trademark Agency Excellent Brand Award”. In 2019, we were ranked as No. 1 in the “Ranking of Patent Agencies’ Invention Patents for the Top 30 Auto Companies in Year 2019”. In addition to the above, we were awarded the “Fifth Global EMBA Annual Meeting Best Contribution Award” in 2018. We are also a member of “Beijing Trademark Committee and ”. Both our Trademark and Patent agencies are ISO9001 certified. We have been a INTA member since 2003.
